Pasay City National High School ICT12 students batch 2020-2021 received their free WIFI Modem Kit with sim and load from Asia Pacific College (APC) last January 12, 2021. The distribution was held at the PCNHS school campus. Representatives from APC headed by Ms. Kimberly Malate, SHS Director facilitated the distribution and warmly welcomed by our beloved School Principal Sonny J. Adriano and Assistant School Principal Rosa R. Alferez together with the ICT12 class Adviser Cristina C. Lopez. The said WIFI kit will be used during the two-months training under the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) offered to TVL students. The training will start on January 18, 2021 and will end on March 18, 2021.
The JDVP program is initiated by the Schools Division of Pasay City in partnership with some private companies to train Senior High School students specifically Technical Vocational and Livelihood track to become acquainted with their chosen strand. Through this program, the students will be able to experience first-hand situations that will help them apply skills learned in school. They can also learn and acquire modern techniques that will further hone their skills.
The school is grateful to APC for continuously extending their support to students especially during this time of pandemic. Despite the economic downfall, APC still manage to provide and delivered the assistance and support needed. To Ms. Kimberly Malate’s team namely Edward Mendoza, Jaime Baguio, Rico Aquino, Joefel Evangelio, Rene Villanueva and Mark Lavila, thank you very much mam and sirs for having this ceremony successful and possible. From PCNHS, our heartfelt gratitude to all your efforts and generosity.
