The Pasay City North High School – Annex (Tramo Campus) was formerly located at Park Avenue Extension, Pasay City. It occupied the second floor of the Cuneta Elementary School.
In school year 2010-2011, the school was transferred to its new site in Tramo Street, Pasay City (now referred to as Tramo Campus). It was formerly occupied by Pasay City North High School-Main which is now located at M. Dela Cruz St., Pasay City.
Pasay City North High School-Annex (Tramo Campus) commits itself to adhere the vision and mission of the Department of Education to provide the students with access to free and quality education as mandated in the Constitution of the Philippines. As an educational institution, it provides further trainings and achievements to students and adopt salient contents embedded in Enhanced Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) better known as K-12 Basic Education program which started in School year 2012-2013 with the Grade 7.
At present, the school is now offering Senior High School program, with Grade 11 as the pioneer batch of the program.
The institution is being managed by teaching and non-teaching personnel with permanent status, headed by the School Principal.
The school has different facilities with two buildings consisting of four-storey rooms, non-instructional and other facilities intended for ancillary services each and another building consisting of three-storey where the TLE, school canteen and cooperative store are located.
